Refunds & Replacements Policy

As a print-on-demand store powered by Gelato, all items are made to order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
Eligible Returns:
- Wrong item received
- Print error
- Damaged during delivery
Contact us within 14 days.
How to Request a Return:
- Email us within 14 days of receiving the item: [[email protected]]
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
If your return is approved, we’ll issue a replacement at no extra cost. Refunds are only processed if a replacement is not possible.
Please note: We do not offer returns for size, colour, or change-of-mind purchases.
As our products are produced by Gelato based on each order, we do not keep inventory or accept general returns. This policy ensures waste is minimised and supports our sustainability mission.
